Dr. Samuel Ling holds M.Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, two Ph.D.s — one in Biochemistry and another in Physics from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. With over 45 years of experience in technical research, data analysis, leadership, public outreach and service, his expertise shapes our strategic vision.

Dr. William Ling holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. With more than 15 years of experience in research and project management, he ensures our work meets the highest professional standards.
